I just shot a freaking full-length movie!

WOOOOOHOOOOOO!!!!!

Everyone should do this. It is such a blast.

We have a couple scenes left to shoot, so technically, principle photography is not wrapped. But for all intents and purposes, we're done (scheduling-wise, the last few scenes need to be later).

There is no question that "Antihero" is a better movie than it would have been, if not for the info I've picked up on this forum, since joining earlier this year. So, I'd like to extend a big THANK YOU to this entire community.

Post-production is scheduled to last the next 3.5 months (and that's a very real deadline that I must meet). You can rest assured, I'll be seeking advice on a number of things.

I'm not seein' any blue aliens in that pic. You upload the wrong one, or they just not in costume atm?

Regardless... congrats on wrapping your first feature!

Congrats, my friend! That's an amazing accomplishment, and you and your crew deserve to celebrate!

I can't WAIT to see it!

Best Wishes for the film's success!

That is great. How long did it take to film the project? And did you just film on weekends? Great job by the way. Did you have issues keeping actors interested in showing up for the shoot? Glad it worked out. Can't wait to see it. Good luck on the editing. What progarm are you using to edit? I was wondering if you were in the picture above and if so which guy are you? Just curious.

Congratulations! I'm looking forward to when I "graduate" for lack of a better word, from doing shorts to attempting a feature. Congrats again!

How long does a movie have to be to be considered a feature? Just curious.

It depends to whom it matters. Most festivals its 60minutes, some are 50minutes, some are 65-70minutes. By hollywood standards, its 88minutes. (although movies like 'Phone booth' hit near the 80minute mark.)

to OP, Congrats man!

Wow dude congrats.

You know, it seems like only yesterday you told us you decided to make a feature.
( But actually it was more like a month or two ago. )

On to the next!

-Thanks-

The fun part over, now comes the hard part... but that part is the essence of cinema. Editing separates Cinema from simply being a motion photograph. Stick with it :)
