favorite What's your favorite scene???

Well, this isn't my favorite movie, per se, but it sure is great. If we're discussing great scene's, this one comes to mind:

There are actually two scenes in this nine-minute preview -- obviously, I'm talking about the one in the kitchen. Brad Bird is freaking genius!
 
Favorite scene from my favorite movie? Hun, that would be all of them, that's why it's my favorite movie :)

But if I had to choose, right now I'm in the mood to post this one.

@goob: That scene was alright, but I really don't understand what all the fuss is about Boondock Saints. I found the entire movie to be really pretentious and hit-or-miss.

@cracker: Ratatouille was surpisingly delightful. Pixar never dissapoints. Great scene to pick :)
 
It's a great movie. I found it like a year after it came out and bought it for cheap. i watched it like a billion times and then like 4 years later it blew up and became huge. its weird how it had been out for years before it became big. I just like the seriousness/funniness. its got just the right mix of thrill and comedy. and pixar has some great movies. anyone ever seen the movie 9.

In The Beach, When Richard ( DiCaprio) is walking down the beach, then he half falls/sits on the floor, Moby - Porcelain kicks in, and then the camera cuts to the beahcy paradise. Brilliant

Why does it have to be your favorite scene in your favorite movie? So many great scenes on their own. It's a given otherwise.

Dude, "Children of Men" is a sight to behold. The scene you're talking about is incredible, and it's just one of three really long takes in the movie, and all three of them are simply mind-blowingly awesome to me. From what I hear, they are a combination of long takes and creative editing -- doesn't ruin it for me one bit. Brilliant.

goober, I've seen "9". It's pretty cool. Really nice atmospheres, and cool visuals.
