It depends to whom it matters. Most festivals its 60minutes, some are 50minutes, some are 65-70minutes. By hollywood standards, its 88minutes. (although movies like 'Phone booth' hit near the 80minute mark.) to OP, Congrats man!

Actaully your jvc camera probably didn't compress your video and kept it raw, which would give it a much better look blow up. I can blow up a SD tape footage and it look better then h264 blown up. Don't get me wrong, for music videos/web/tv/commericals, its a great camera with a good crew...

The more camera = the more lighting/the harder it is to light the scene. Star trek had about $140mil and probably shot for around 90 days. Most likely ran long days of 14-18 hours as well. They love to give that golden time.
