Tales from the Script. This is really good if you're interested in filmmaking. It's a good companion to Dreams on Spec.
Tales from the Script is probably more instructive and more entertaining just because there are many more voices covering more bases. If you watch it, you might as well stick around for the credits because there are a few more snippets and tidbits.
