This extra actor is fascinating stuff. He's been all over as just an extra, but I'm sure he's more talented than most of the leads out there.

Per IMDB he's not in TF3, though... Imposter?

That very well could be. The 'chorus' members in Broadway musicals tend to be WAY more talented that the leads. The competition is so much stiffer.
