Hey guys I'm Sam I'm 16 and I live in france.
I recently found an interest in filmmaking and have shot a short which is real amateurish, I'm finalizing some FX, and will show it here soon. Don't be harsh I knew nothing about filming or editing before doing this.
I use After Effects for everything I have a Standard definition JVC camcorder but will save some money and work next summer to be able to buy myself a canon 550d hopefully. The problem with my camcorder I have right now is that I can't plug a mic in it so I made a post in the Newbie section asking for help on that.
You all look like a friendly bunch around here I hope I enjoy my stay, and if I do I'll soon upgrade to Premiere.
