I was there until they turned off the projector and still there was nothing. Just the WB logo and that was it.

Just teasing!

Though I think maybe you owe each of us and our companions a beer for those fifteen minutes we'll never get back. Okay, maybe fifteen is an exaggeration, I don't know. But hey, all those folks who worked in visual effects deserve to have their names seen...all gazillion of them!
 
Okay, after finally seeing it, the one thing that really got my goat was the big kiss. In the books, it was a defining character moment that led into it. In the movie? They just accomplish what they had set out to accomplish. I do get that removing the subplot that was the reason for the kiss (from the last 5 fricking books) was necessary; you have to cut some stuff and while that subplot was important for showing off the less pleasant aspects of the wizarding world, it's not a bad subplot to cut. Kinda like Peeves; wish he was there, but better cut than the crammed-in-because-they're-in-the-book approach to ghosts in the first two movies. Anyway, all that aside, they could have put in some actual build-up to the kiss, something else to demonstrate that, hey, he's changed! Naah, let's not bother, the kiss is enough, right? Pfeh.

I had so much fun though. Can't wait to see it again!
