Thinking of getting a new monitor to update myself from CRT to somthing good for video editing. Should I get a cheap HDTV or a normal LCD monitor? I would like to do HD video editing in the future, which monitors are best? This looks good...

Not much to go on here, you dont normaly need to convert the video file, youtube does it for you when uploaded. If the file is unsupported, convert to somthing more general (mpeg,avi,mp4) try reading the youtube help section.

I agree with M1 that the lead girl was very good indeed! The only focus shot I didint like was the cup close ups, don't think there was any need for that. But I guess these shots are personal preference, this is a good short that I have remembered and I only think its a shame that it is left...
