If it's that, I convert to ProRes 422 or LT using either Final Cut's Log and Transfer window or MPEG Streamclip. For bigger projects I might offline with ProRes Proxy, before onlining with 422 or LT. W wheatgrinder Jul 28, 2010 #9 for minDV I just connected up my firewire cable and used premiere to log and import footage. The scene detection always worked good for me. Upvote 0 Downvote
