I've been watching The Pitt for 9 weeks, trying to figure out what the hell this show is about??
Is this just another medical show? Like ER? What makes the pitt any different?
Well for starters I think it's in real time like 24. The season is 15 episodes across 15 hours - one long shift at the ER.
After 9 episodes I'd say that The Pitt is aspirational. An idealized struggle to be the best worker possible.
Basically what 'The Rookie' does for cops, The Pitt does for er workers.
Episode 9 was easily the best episode of the season, great from start to finish if you only want to watch one episode.
