My problem is that the deep state, being so deep, may have regulatory provisions to deceive those in power, unless they are asked the exact question. In other words, if they were asked if there were aliens, they could answer no, because those beings were not "aliens" but perhaps spiritual beings or some other manifestation beyond our imagination.
