For some reason youtube introduces a skip early in the video. It's not in the original file, and I uploaded it twice, but it's still there. Must be some kind of encoding thing. Has anyone else run into this problem? It's 4k 24 native in an mp4 wrapper.

Have you had anyone else watch it? I had this problem once before where it skipped on my computer, but others viewing it didn't experience the skip.

Is it around 5 seconds?

it's about 3 seconds in, it's a quick multiskip. I'm watching it several more times now, trying to give you an exact second, and the skip is in a different place each time. Wierd. Obviously something on Youtube's end, but then how do I fix it? Maybe I need to drop the bitrate of the source file a bit.
