About six/seven months ago (or something like that) there was a thread started asking everyone's favorite movies. Well, mine changed since then. If your top ten movies of all time changed, or you never posted them, post them now! Here is my revised list:
Fistful of Dollars
Star Wars (pretend none of the other Star Wars movies exist)
The Matrix
Dirty Harry
Casablanca
Pulp Fiction
Life is Beautiful
Citizen Kane
It's a wonderful Life
The Life of Brian
Honorable Mention:
Dumb and Dumber. One of the funniest and most well-written comedies I've seen.
Scarface. Just great gritty pure testosterone. Didn't make the list because there's little to make me like Tony.
Braveheart. Got knocked off the list probably because I haven't seen it in a while and looking back on it...it's not as great as the others.
Back to the Future. In a time when movies SUCKED (the 80s) this gem stands out.
The Godfather. Again, haven't seen it in a while and sort of lost my passion for it.
College. I have never desired to see a silent film in my life, but when I saw this it made me laugh the entire time...except for one scene that went on like 5 minutes too long. Definitely watch it if you ever can.
...I haven't seen The French Connection or Easy Riders, but based on what I've heard, they sound like my kind of movies...so much to watch. So little time.
