mini dv tapes in bulk?

I saw some on eBay but they aren't really that cheap

I generally buy from The Tape Company (www.thetapecompany.com). They don't have prices listed online but you get your own personal rep and they will work with you on prices. I primarily use them because they have a shipping center near Chicago (where I am) so I can call and an hour later pick up my order.

I get my Sony Premium tapes from Amazon in packs of 5 for $2.20 per tape.
Stardust, does Fullcompass have a store or just mailorder? I'm from Edgerton (20 Min south of Madtown) and have nowhere to get decent gear.

Full Compass has a store in Madison, just off Mineral Piont road. They just moved in to it from
their old location in Middletion, the new place is HUGE!
