I'm taking a road trip tomorrow and I'm looking to get some fresh new itunes in my pod...so go ahead and give me what you think is top notch.

I also Recommend you downloading Girl Talk's Feed the Animals. Best Mish Mash I've ever heard, excellent live performance, and boy does he know how to work the crowd with just two Macs:D
 
The doors. They have many songs that would be great for a road trip. Their music is like blues and Rock combined.
Something like LA Woman would be great.
 
the best road trip song would have to be, all along the watchtower by jimi hendrix. listen to it while driving in the middle nowhere really loud.
