Just commercial. (from what I can tell)

Which puts a commercial version maybe $50 more than what they charge for education, but you get the benefits of being able to upgrade in the future (which education usually can't).

true, but a commercial upgrade is still more expensive then a NEW student version, especially with the new release schedule..
