Will Smith says Oscar incident has made him reflect.

He’s not blaming anyone else. He’s not victimizing himself or playing the “oh, woe is me” card. Seems like he’s accepting that he made is own bed, and is accepting the responsibility to deal with his internal issues.
He is expressing remorse, but I'm wondering if he really means it or if he's just doing it for show.
I’d say it’s nothing worth discussing. However…
This music video was a bumpy road. The 35-person crew tried to unionize and were fired because of it, so they picketed. Smith’s production company tried to bring in a scab crew, but finally relented. They signed a deal with IATSE and the crew were brought back to work.
