editing What does this mean when making an OMF folder?

When I try making an OMF folder, using Premiere Pro, this keeps popping up:

"Insufficient Source Media for this clip!
Event Media length is not equal to Actual Media length!
\\?\C:\Users\Ryan\Desktop\RYCE24~1\f08b6491-d8d9-44ef-badb-77e235b4154e.829.wav

The offset into the source file is 0 samples.
The clip length is 8916908 samples.
That means we need 8916908 samples in the source file.
The media length is 8571507 samples."

What does this mean and how do I fix it? Thanks.

Okay thanks. I an trying to export a collection of individual wav files. There is no option that says you can turn handles on or off though. It asks how many handles you want, and the default is 24. Should I just put zero?

It asks how many handles you want, and the default is 24.

Something is wrong there! If you select to include handles, there are always two handles, one at the beginning of the clip and one at the end. So the only two choices which should exist with regards to handles are: 1. Handles on or off and 2. The length/duration of the handles.

It sounds like your software is saying that with handles switched on the minimum duration you can set the handles is 24 (frames), which is just fractionally less than 1 second. The only way of getting zero length handles would be to switch them off and I can't believe your software does not allow you to switch the handles off.

Having said all this, I don't think this is what is causing your error. It's not uncommon for the handles duration setting to exceed the length of the audio file and your software should take this into account and just export whatever audio file length is available without throwing an error every time this happens. The error you have quoted sounds more like you have an audio clip somewhere in your timeline which you have extended beyond the duration of the audio file which it represents. The length of this one clip in your timeline is 8916908 samples, whereas the actual audio file is only 8571507 samples long. Most NLE's are notoriously flakey and picky when it comes to creating and exporting usable OMFs or AAFs so my guess of what is causing the error may be incorrect and it may in fact be a handles related error.
