Anyone know of a good warehouse alley location that looks just dirty and gritty. Need to shoot a scene where a cop pulls over a driver. Totally secluded and maybe even near a chain link fence.

Well... how are we suppose to know when we don't even know what city you are shooting in?
Tonnes of locations like that, in & near LA.
Industrial areas are totally deserted over the weekends. Just stay away from freeway ramps/routes, which still have general traffic.
I have a dozen shifty-lookin' areas a stone's throw from me. I think you'd be surprised at how many you have near you.
