This technique is pretty easy for consumer cams. My camera only shoots 60i so I use the AE 60i to 24p slow motion trick in the middle of this page..

Hey Bird,
The bikes both had GO PRO Hero HD cams, the forward facing unit was just too rain covered, though there might be something there.

The trouble is that footage on those things is like jello salad. Im sure Ill get a few seconds of useful stuff from the 2 hours of footage I have, though it wont play a big part..
