Screw stuck in my camera!

Hey indietalk, I have a small but very nagging problem and Im not exactly sure how to fix it. Basically I was using some dolly and when I unscrewed it the actual screw came off the dolly and is now stuck in my camera, heres an image to show exactly what I mean. What can I do here?

(edit) not sure how to put an image up actually!)

Not sure exactly what you mean.

But to upload an image, upload to a site like http://imgur.com/ (or on Facebook right click an image and click 'open image in new tab', then copy that link).

Next put your image link between image tags like the below tag. Or by clicking the 'insert image' button

If there's any part fo the screw protruding, a pliers would help you... if you're concerned with mangling the threads or heads, put a towel or washcloth in the mix.

Yeah, some sort of pliers or vice grip?

You could try a small amount of WD-40, but don't let it go anywhere except the screw hole.

If it's still in there, you can drill it out. That's what you'd do with a screw in anything else. Use a drill press, clamp down the camera with a lot of towels or something to help pad it and slowly drill down with a bit just smaller than your screw. Maybe start try an 1/8" bit? 3/16" might work but might be too big.

Good luck!

Grab it with a vice grip to unscrew it. Then go to the hardware store get a new on and throw the old one away. While you are there get some blue Locktite and put one drop on the screw when you put it back in the dolly
