Quoting a real life person

Hi,

my name is Davide. I'm new to the forum.

I couldn't find an answer to this question in any book or website.
Can i make one of my character say the exact same words a real life person said in a music show?
You know when an artist speaks to the crowd before he performs a song? I want to use the exact speech of this artist. The show is included in this documentary https://www.createspace.com/204634 by David Hoffman and was probably been distributed by other companies too in some other formats.
