Hello, forum members.. I am new here so take some time to welcome me and make me feel at home. I've been looking for a good indie film forum to call home and after browsing this one for about an hour, i feel that i found one...


allow me to introduce myself, my name is Mike Musson and I am an independent filmmaker/comedian... ready to begin production on my first film in several months... I have joined this site to discuss film with fellow indies and to ask for some advice whenever I may need it...

So, for starters, I'd like to know more about some of the people who may or may not communicate with me...

Tell me about yourself... have you done any movies? What's your current status within the film industry? If you want me to check out your content, send me a link.... I am interested in your profession and whatever advice you may offer.

Welcome, Mike! From Ohio, eh? I host a filmmaker gathering (see my sig, below) and there is an Indietalk member driving to Las Vegas, from Ohio. He is looking for other riders to accompany him out, next weekend. I forget what town he is from. Just throwing that out there. :)

Like Zensteve, I've been working on indies for many years. Some of my work on Youtube.
 
Zensteve, if what ur asking is what I do... currently, only short sketches with low production value (in about 2 weeks I will have my HD equipment and will increase quality.)

I also have a script written for an independent film that I am gearing up to shoot in a few months...


And @scoopicman... your Vegas gathering sounds like a great place to be... i looked at the pictures you posted and will now check out some of your work... you better be good! lol
