Key Grip
Lighting Technician (with own lighting equipment)
Makeup Artist
Location Scout

I am shooting in the second half of July, don't have exact dates yet.

As for pay, it depends on what position. But it would not be much, due to budget constraints.
 
I have a good light kit. When you have the exact dates and exactly what you can pay let me know.
