My DIY Clapper

Just finished my DIY clapper using a $6 dry erase board from Walmart and scrap wood I had lying around.

Very nice! Will you use permanent marker to square in the text boxes?

I will probably paint it this weekend. I was thinking about trimming some thin pieces of black tape to make the text boxes. I may use permanent marker though.

Sweet! I did almost the exact same thing for my Super-8 feature back in 1989, except I used a slate and chalk (white boards were rare back then):

I use a sharpie pen for the black lines. You can remove it with solvent easily enough if you mess up..
