Most suspenful movie youve seen?

As for THE DESCENT, I liked the crawlers...

Don't get me wrong, I loved The Descent. The creatures are some of the best I've seen in recent years. It's a very effective horror film, but after the half-way point, it does just becomes standard horror. Before the creatures turn up, when it's nothing more than a bunch of girls lost in a cave, for me, that's intense.
 
This is the first movie I thought of when I saw this thread. Surprised it took this long.

Had me on the edge of my seat.....172 hours, not so much.

I think 127 hours suffered from the same problem as United 93 in that everyone knows, going in, that he cuts his arm off and survived.

Buried had the advantage of being a total work of fiction.

Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? - Even though I'd read the play and performed a section of it, there was a great deal of suspense as the whole thing began to unravel and as George and Martha really begin to rip each other apart.
