Honestly man, manual transmissions for me is just natural. I learned to drive with a manual tranmission.
I can only tell you how I learned it as a kid. Take your time. Don't force it and don't stress.
I can shift easily. What I do, especially when shifting from 5-1 or whatever is to slightly give the gas pedal a tap, making the clutch plate spin up a bit making the connection a bit more smooth.
You'll get a feel of it!
