Looking for screenwriter!!

Hi.
I first tel some thing about me. I am filmmaker from Finland and I have now done some media stuff like 3-4 years. In work I off course do what boss told me to do and that why I have group of friend who is making with me some short movie and other videos just for fun. I am cameraman, video-editor, gaffer/light department, but I hate to write. Now I have writed my self all most all the projects, but I hate it. So that's why I need some one to screenwrite to me and my group. My English is not perfect, but I think it is understandable. This is only hobby, but if we get some money for the product. Then every one get money off course. Here is my showreel and you can see what I have done before:

So we need a person who knows about screenwriting formats, basic storytelling and have something interesthing to tell with story. Not just there is man and kill every body. I don't want anybody who just come okey this is my first version of my script and it is perfect. I don't going to chance anything. The story is most important thing in film or video. If the story is shit and we have super hyper special effect's the movie is still shit. So I need person who can take feedback, develope the story to be better and have passion to make good story telling.

I give all most open hand, but we don't do porn/rape, scifi or gay movies. We have basic equiments for proffessional filmmaking and if we don't have some thing we can rent or borrow. I have lot of proffessional contacts here and some other country's but I don't want to use my favors if the script is shit. It is my hobby, but I don't want to do shit because it destroy my reputation if we don't do it well. This point it is better do something short and then look how the working together works. We have people here who speak good English, but we can translate it to Finnish too or both. We can first think that anything is possible and then try to solve it how we do it. We have made before some crazy shit with 3d helicopters and us army soldiers, but there have to be reason why.

I don't see there being anything wrong with stating what type of movies you aren't looking for because it gives people an indication of what type of stories to submit. Films about homosexuality could now be considered a genre unto itself and there's nothing wrong with that as a genre.

All this political correctness is going too far. I'm going to jump outside the arena of films for a moment and talk about sexuality in general - Do we want to live in a world where it's gone from one extreme to another of criticizing people who are homosexuals to now criticizing people who are heterosexual? I think it's a sad reflection on society that we are still placing labels on people and confining them to a small box no matter what their sexuality is.

Getting back to the context of storytelling - What has happened to people accepting that the authors of stories come up with scenarios and characters using elements they pick and choose to incorporate? It is all part of constructing the world and its people that you want your film to be about.

I don't have anything against gay people. I know lot of people who are gay. I just don't want to edit and film tens of hour of mans kissing each others. I think it is possible to do movie without that :D

It is easyer to start work with short and then see if the working together works. Okey if there is proffessional screenwriter the working together don't should be problem in features, but I think here is more students and people who are just interested about making films. Witch is not bad because the ideas is often so different. If I compare the proffessional's and others. Other thing witch we have the culture differenses so have to little chance it to fit our both cultures if it is needed. Because the location if it is basic drama. example the Finnish guys often talk in Sauna. Witch is normal hear, but other peoples exotic :D but have to remember that we are all artist so some times working together just don't work. I think it is better to do shorter one good than take too big peace of cake and fail it. But off course if there is so good idea for full lengt movie and the story need time to tell it. It is okey to mee to do bigger production.

netflix has a whole category of 'gay' movies

^My post ended up going beyond the initial comment that sparked it, which was "I'm out". Didn't intend for it to come across like I was berating mad hatter or anyone else, or accusing people of saying it was wrong. It just made me think about things that I wanted to mention :)
