Not new to anyone else Im sure, but new to me.
The band, surrounded by 20 cameras in a circle.
The light. 4 X 500W lights attached to a 4 foot ring, wrapped in black wrap looking like a big black hat box hanging from the ceiling directly above the talent.
Thee are at least 4 other cameras beyond the blackness in these shots.
Here is a shot of the director, Jon Meyer, talking with the tallent
And props to the band.. the played a few of the songs life for us too, what a treat.

This shot was after the offical shoot, I just left my camera running and got the band playing live. The rest of the house lights were on so you can see some of the background..
