How I'm Feeling About Filmmaking...

I get this sense of fatigue too, in my work, but I try not to give up.

The US Navy SEALs say that, when they find it hard going, they dig deep into themselves to find the stores of energy to keep going. Whenever I find obstacles, I keep in mind my goal, which is to be a world-class film producer, and, if I can learn how to keep going in my business, I can one day find the strength to achieve my goal.

Everyone has to find his own way of overcoming that fatigue so as to produce superior work.

Having to do everything yourself and not having a proper budget and support team will do that to you. I've worked on projects where they had a proper budget and I've worked on many projects without one. The former can be creative and enjoyable with a good amount of tension and inspiring pressure to deliver which you must love. If you do not, then no amount of budget will make you happy. The latter feels like Atlas holding the sky up.

Echoing other replies here but to even get a chance at the former, we must be resilient against fatigue and keep enduring as Atlas did.
