editing How do I find an editor for my films?

Please help me, I don't exactly enjoy editing the most, I know, so I decided to make things better by finding an editor. I'm just not sure how. And is it possible to get a person who works for free, I could pay them though.

Yeah editing feels like work to me too.
You can learn a lot about writing and directing doing it though. You should edit your own stuff while you’ve got so much more to learn

The trick is selling it.

If you're paying, say how much you're willing to pay.

Put the details of the film. Pages in script/running time, ratio, what's expected, timeline, experience required, any quirky things, expected potential problems etc.
