I'm a marketing specialist for indie film, less so distribution, more so actually reaching other filmmakers is my whole ish. I work for Shooting People, Future of Film and do freelance bits and bobs - HI!
 
Welcome, I'm a bit mystified by the job description, and would love to understand more about it. How do people start building marketing infrastructure in the financial vacuum that is modern indie film? I'm sure many wonder about that, and if you have some insight, it would be welcome.
