"The Guerilla Filmmakers Handbook" by Genevieve Jolliffe & Chris Jones

700+ pages long, and has short interviews with just about every single position in the industry.

It's not a "how-to" book - but you'll get very familiar with who does what, and why.

any thoughts on the music institute (mi.edu) in hollywood's filmmaker's program. i know it's mostly for music videos but I am assuming the techniques and theories apply to all types of filmmaking?
