Help with DVD authoring!

SO the guy i was gonna have do my menu just realized they dropped Abode Encore CC or something and really can't find a good program for making a custom DVD menu. (I know nothing of Abode products so please don't ask lol)

Does anyone know of a good program i can use to bust this thing out? We on a tight deadline and we would hate to get hung up on the menu.

You can still get encore as part of CS, they just aren't supporting it with patches etc. (another clue to the end of physical media)
