Hey man. Welcome. I'm just west of Dallas. First, I see the enthusiam in the Video. Now the
Glowstick.com and In ass w/ GS.C mems is cool but what is the "flying glowstick" thing?? I think I
see....Is it for that guy photon...HAHA the weather channel voice, so familiar...Im not a cinetechy,
but why is the orange haired guy part so (contrasty?)? We see the cable you "cut" fall from the
right before you cut it.
@1:31 To me this is wasted footage because it's in the day time. Chem-
lights are best viewed in low light situations. Starting @ 2:30. Why put effects on chem-lights? They
are suppose to be their own effect. We cant see the hard work the dancers have put into their
routine when you add the effect. Film in a low light environment and you wont have to worry about
it looking "cool". There @ 3:19 I would use that as my closing shot, after we see the dancers in a
natural state then go to the effect with them all together as the big closer. Also, your "old man" is
pretty convincing, acceot for the shoes. What's missing is the transition of the old man from "old
codger" to "new hipster" as he watches the video. We see an opening and then a closing but no
transition. Not bad for a first attempt. As for my opinion, film school is not requisite.
