The term film maker is a lofty term for me.. I just want to shoot quality, interesting, well edited and produced video for my blog.

My name is Alan Lilly and I have no educational background for film making. My professional background is electronics engineer and programmer / software developer. I have a blog where I showcase my personal interests and focus mainly on video posts.

A filmmakers license is fine for amateurs, but real pros have a badge. I wear mine on a chain around my neck, right next to my director's viewfinder...
