Hello, My name is Jacob john Reeves and I am currently working on a script titled, The New England hustle. I am 103 pages done with seventeen to go. I am taking my sweet sweet time with the ending, but would like some honest and BRUTAL feed back. The full script will posted probably in a week. From there, I will edit it pending on what you guys think of it. But until then, email me and I will send you the script. Just read the first tweny pages if you don't want to read the whole thing, but I just want some feedback.
We follow the lives of two Detectives, A movie fanatic, a Skitzo-Stripper, A drug overlord, A taxi Driver, A homicidal maniac, A man named Mr.Q and an old piano player named Sam. We follow them on a hot day somewhere in New England America. A day full of murder, love, happiness, tragedy, bravery and the urge doing the right thing. It all starts when one of these characters finds five million dollars. In your reading of this script, the idea of Karma and Good things happen to good people will be tested.
This is a very exciting script. The script does not go in chronological order, but in a certain way that "Fills in the pieces." Dialogue and Action are used equally in this script. Each character one by one being tied together. Each character talks and acts in very different way. Each character is a reflection of society, each one a different part of society.
This script is genre breaking.
The main reason I want you to try and figure out the ending, is to see if mine is to Predictable.
