With empty slots to upgrade ram or a second gpu in the future, this seems like a good buy to me.
The only thing I would do differently if I built from scratch would be to have a bigger SSD.

What are your thoughts on this build?

I have a similar build but I use it for hardcore gaming. If you're just using it for video editing and rendering that is too much.
