Circle

The film is about intertwining chains of causality that create the larger movements that make up the greater trends in our world.

Imagine the food chain. Everyone knows this one chain of causality. Now take that concept and apply it to all kinds of things, then trace those effects to their final destination.

We'll also be doing some experimental filming stuff, such as a technique I've developed that allows full 3d camera movement in post.

We're also going to try mounting 2 scarlets side by side and filming in 2.35/1 8k res.

Really stunning, Nate!

Did you use stock footage for the trailer?

How's the other project going? On the back burner for now?

It's a little over half stock footage.

In many cases I've constructed original scenes using stock in combination with compositing and 3d camera movement.

The shot of times square for example is actually 4 seperate shots made into one much larger shot.

Here's a simple example of some basic post that's being done here.

Deathworld is temporarily suspended, though I have been talking with a few interested parties.

I'll tell the story of the Deathworld mansion some time when I feel like ranting about stuff that has nothing to do with film.

I'm a bit surprised that no one wants to know how to achieve crane moves from a tripod shot. Did anyone watch that last youtube link?
