software-related CeltX degree symbol question

Hello all,

Let me start by saying that I use the free version, so maybe that's why I can't change this, but the degree symbol doesn't work. In this case I wrote "35º", but it does it like you can see in the image.

If I use the paid version, can I fix it?
Thank you.

Thanks for your help.

You're right about the degree, but here we use that symbol for two things. For the degree itself and for the ordinal numbers.
While you write 4th, we write it like 4º. And that's what I need it for.

I'll buy the paid version then (it's not cheap but it's not that expensive)

What happens if you cut and paste the º into place?

Also do you have your language set properly?

How to Type the °

Hold down the Alt key, and on the numeric keypad on the right of the keyboard, type 0176 or Alt+ 248

Press Option Shift 8.

From the iOS keyboard on your iPhone or iPad:
  1. First hit the “123” button to see the numerical keypad.
  2. Now you can access the degree sign by tapping and holding the 0 (zero) key.
  3. This will reveal the degree symbol, and this can be selected through a pop-up menu that appears over the key.
Switch to the numbers and symbols keyboard. The degree symbol should appear on one of the pages.
