Best independent films of the past 4 years?

Suprisingly, one of the best places to go to see great independent films is HBO originals. HBO buys up the very best films and keeps them as exclusives or filler. I've seen some fantastic films there from unknown directors. They have great QA, and aren't afraid to work with low budget.
