I am not a new writer and I am not a beginning writer so I do not
seem to be the writer you are looking for. But I’m going to offer
my opinion and suggestions anyway.
What we desperately want is one of our script to be shot as is.
Maybe you, as a first time director who dislikes the initial
writing process could back off a little on this. Perhaps your
first collaboration with a new/beginning writer could be to shoot
a script as is - not team up with a writer with the intention of
rewriting their work. We writers work hard on our scripts. No
one finds it easy to initiate an idea, then build an interesting story
with compelling characters. Many people love to change what we
work hard to create.

working with a writer who is not new and not just beginning I
would be interested in discussing a project. I'm sure there are several
writers here who are not so new and not just beginning who would
love to see a script of theirs made.
