editing Anyone have any free footage of looking out at the mexican desert?

Could you fake a shot by panning a cheap or free stock image? I wouldn't do it for 10 seconds, but seeing as a desert is usually pretty still I'm sure you can make it work.
I went through my left over footage from my short film I shot outside of las vegas a few months back.. but I did not find more than 4 seconds of anything that might be remotely useful. Sorry..
