21?!?! If you remember more than half of your evening out I'll be sorely disappointed.

j/k, hope you enjoyed your day Spatula!

Ah, but Boz, in Canada the drinking age is 19. So I can remember enough about last night, but ask me about the past three years (between Macbeth and drinking consistently) and I'll draw a blank.

We were kicked out of bars for not having the proper identification twice. Interesting story about the first bar. It was a "surprise party" for me at a (formerly) reputable establishment, and about 20 or so of me chums came out and were in the bar awaiting my arrival. So I get there, and they're all leaving in the parking lot. Someone tells me "Happy Birthday" and then some story about the management refusing thier ID and asking them to leave because they looked "Shady". Anyway, me being a little enraged, storm into the bar.

I ask one girl to bring me a beer, and then turn to the bartender. I order a Stella and a shot for Amanda. The Stella is served and my friends begin filtering back in to watch the show. As I sip the Stella the manager comes back.
I introduce myself, then hand her my Supergun Cinema business card.
We begin a verbatum on how it came to be that they were refusing valid identification, when the subject of myself not even having any identification could be able to purchase a beer and a shot for my girlfriend. I questioned thier management desicions as hipocritical and unfairly biased. I then took another sip of beer, but the bartender grabbed the glass out of my hand, and asked me for my ID, and then slammed a refund on the counter.
Unable to disarm the owner's prudeness, she called the police and invited us to leave. I told her I thought thier business relations with thier customers were absolutely atrociaous and thier serving staff rude, and undeserving of a penny's wage. Geoff told them he was glad the place was being sold for condos because they would be out of a job.

So we went to another place and got REALLY drunk. Anyway, the weekend is over and it's back home for more work. The Macbeth premiere was awesome and we hopefully got some good footage to put on the DVD. People had a great time and said they loved the movie. It was an amazing night all around and everything went smoothly.

Flav- heard you made it down and got your email! Sorry I didn't get a chance to meet you in person. I was so busy running around doing stuff all night, I didn't get to see half the people that came. Geoff told me he saw you were with a gaggle of chicks, looking like a celebrity... or a pimp daddy. Glad you enjoyed the movie... I'd love to get an in-depth serious critique if you get the time. I'll probably do that in an email. I should probably do all of this in an email. I don't know where I am.

Anyway, the Macbeth 3000 premiere was a HUGE sucess and we're all drunk. I mean, ecstatic. As to the future, we will be trying a re-cut of some things for a DVD for festivals and "donation" gifts. We'll probably do the distributing ourselves through the website, so for those interested, stay tuned to www.superguncinema.com for updates. We love you. We really do.

Gotta Go!
Thanks!
