When shooting with an alexia how many people (if any) does an experienced cinematographer need to assist? Focus, etc?

I've been operating on a TV series (two days a week) and we shoot on the Alexa.

It's usually me, the focus puller and the AC. So three.

You can get away with two people, but three will definitely make the process smoother.
