$500+ Holiday Showdown Video Contest

We are hosting a $500+ Holiday Showdown Video Contest for anyone that is interested in sharing their short films or videos that have a holiday theme. http://blog.viddiopunch.com/holiday-showdown-video-contest/

The reason there is a + behind the $500 is because we are also trying to crowd-fund the prize money through IndieGoGo. You can check out our campaign here http://igg.me/p/270142?a=1713954

We would love to get that prize money up to reward the great film makers out there so help spread the word and if you're planning on entering a video into the contest, it will only increase the prize money you'll receive when you win :) All contributions will be going towards prizes for the contestants.
 
so is there any interest in anybody entering the contest?

It's pretty easy to enter. All you would need to do is share the Youtube or Vimeo link to your video. And the video contest is pretty open ended so if you're working on a video with a holiday theme already, it really isn't any extra work to submit it.

Holiday? Does halloween count? or do you mean thanksgiving/christmas? And if so what constitutes it to be themed? Is a scary/horror automatically make it halloween themed? Or does it need pumpkins and stuff?
