    and in pinnacle's case...you don't get what you pay for...the software feels cartoony and shotty...like a beefed up home movie editor...yes im talking about liquid edition... if u can ever spend some money and u want pro stuff that acts pro but is easy to use check out Vegas or Premiere...

    urgent: mp3 -> minidv tape

    no i was at a film workshop and the editing teacher said not to use mp3s when exporting to tape or else they sound horrid. she said to use aiff...but that was w/fcp and im using vegas so idk, but CD quality better than mp3 quality anyways

    in the coming days, ill be sending a short to tape- i usually send them to vcd's but with magic bullet being used for this project, it seems that the end file size may be too large and if reduced to fit will be crap. ive heard that mp3s do not play correctly when written to tape, is this true...
