I saw this video on Vimeo and I don't know what the "low GOP of 3" means. I tried finding answers through google but there's not much there. Just that the lower the GOP, the more disturbance or noise in the image. Can someone explain this to me?

The thing is, it's a close up on the object, so it's hard to make the "square" crop fit perfectly around this round object.

Ok so I cropped it, but it stills shows some unnecessary yellow that occurs behind the object. Is there some way I can trim the crop around the edges of the object and keyframe it or whatever so that it moves with the object?
