Wrote a new script this morning.

Plot: They made fun of his powers. They called his costume gay.
Now he's pissed and he's using his rainbows to murder.

Can't wait to see what you come up with next. Perhaps a group of cross-dressing alligators start a biker gang, travelling along the east coast in order to enact vengeance on those pesky transphobic crocodiles.

One man is on a mission to prove the brontosaurus never existed. A mysterious evil group will do anything to stop him.

Leaving for the spine dr now

that was great news. 3 shots to the spine they say. No surgery they say. Feel better in 10 days they say. Been in so much pain for years so that’s really exciting

Also thanks jkds and mara this was a good distraction to get me through the week. I have a pretty cruel and twisted script I wrote a couple years back. Maybe I’ll post that tomorrow. Higher quality than these 1-2 hour first drafts.

Getting your ideas out there always helps spawn new ideas because the creative juices keep flowing. Post the dumb, post the funny, post the tests. It all helps. I used to have ideas in my head and never really knew where they were going. Then someone would ask "What is it about?" I found myself telling them and actually learning myself as I spoke because I was filling in the blanks on the fly. It was like "Oh wow, THAT'S what it's about, and it was all trapped in my head." Talking it out, writing it out in public... helps. :)

Yeah gives me something to focus on for a bit too. the physical act of writing is painful but mostly i can lay on my back and brainstorm.
i did start working on a feature but im supposed to read "five families" as research and i never finished it
