video How to resolve recurring white flash

Any advice on how to resolve a recurring white flash around my video frame after exporting? Issue only exists in finished product once exported & not in the editor itself... I use filmora & it recurs approx every 10 sec..the clips in my video range from 360p to 1080p if that helps @ all...it starts out flashing every 10 sec at the top and bottom of the screen at the same time then the remainder of the flashing is around the entire frame mainly on the left & right...only exists from the 10-11min mark or so forward..The video is approx 23 min long. Any advice on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated as I spent 20hrs + editing this video & need to publish this weekend. tyvm

If you can't find the cause of the problem, I would suggest "hiding" the problem by placing a black mat around the edges of your finished film. (A black bar on the top, bottom, and sides). It doesn't need to be very wide...just wide enough to cover the flash.

Sounds like a problem with your editor and I haven’t specifically used that one. You need a process for isolation the problem. Creating a new project with just two clips and export - does the problem exist? What about with just one long clips... at what point in creating a new project does the problem appear
